Our Director

Mrs. Reid is the visionary behind Premier Childcare Learning Academy—a devoted wife, mother, and educator with over 20 years of experience nurturing and educating young children.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Behavioral Studies from the University of Hartford and a master’s degree in Literacy from Kennesaw State University. Her work in the classroom has been recognized with Teacher of the Year, reflecting both her excellence in teaching and her deep commitment to student success.

Premier CCLA was born from both professional expertise and personal purpose. As a mother, Mrs. Reid set out to create the kind of learning environment she wanted for her own children—one that she couldn’t find: a program where literacy is not limited to books, but intentionally woven into every part of the day.
Under her leadership, Premier CCLA offers a thoughtfully designed, literacy-rich experience where children learn through conversation, play, exploration, and meaningful hands-on activities. Every detail—from classroom interactions to daily routines—is designed to build language, confidence, and a strong academic foundation.

Families who choose Premier CCLA can expect a program that is intentional, nurturing, and academically focused—where children are truly prepared for school and empowered for life.
Because literacy lives here—and so does the foundation for a lifetime of success.
