At Premier Childcare Learning Academy, we serve children ages 18 months through school age in a thoughtfully designed environment where learning is intentional, nurturing, and rooted in literacy.

Through the Lillio app, we share updates, important information, and meaningful moments—paired with ongoing teacher communication—so you can feel confident, connected, and at ease.

Our Literacy Approach

At Premier Childcare Learning Academy, literacy is not a subject—it is the foundation of everything we do.

Our approach is rooted in the Science of Reading, ensuring that children develop strong phonics, language, and early reading skills through intentional, research-based instruction. As part of this, children participate in guided literacy experiences, including individualized and small-group instruction designed to meet them where they are and support their growth as emerging readers.

This learning is brought to life through thoughtfully designed thematic units that integrate literacy with mathematics, science, social studies, and social-emotional development. Through hands-on experiences, meaningful conversations, and guided exploration, children build understanding while strengthening their ability to think, speak, and communicate.

Nutritious Meals

At Premier Childcare Learning Academy, we believe that nourishing children well is an essential part of supporting their growth, development, and ability to learn.

We provide thoughtfully prepared, balanced meals that introduce children to a variety of wholesome foods while supporting healthy eating habits from an early age. Our menus include fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible, along with simple, whole ingredients that fuel growing bodies and minds.

We are intentional about what we serve—avoiding artificial food colorings and prioritizing quality, nutritious options—so families can feel confident that their children are being cared for with the same level of thoughtfulness you would provide at home.

Language & Exploration

At Premier Childcare Learning Academy, we intentionally expand children’s understanding of the world through language and meaningful experiences.

Language Development
Children are introduced to both Spanish and sign language as part of their daily interactions. These languages are used alongside English to support communication, strengthen comprehension, and build early confidence in expressing thoughts and needs. This multi-language exposure enhances vocabulary development while fostering inclusivity and awareness from an early age.

Exploration & Discovery
We believe children learn best through hands-on experiences. Our garden provides opportunities for children to plant, nurture, and observe fruits, vegetables, and herbs—encouraging curiosity, responsibility, and a deeper connection to nature and nutrition. These experiences also support fine motor development and meaningful, real-world learning.

Children also enjoy daily outdoor play in a well-structured environment, with multiple opportunities to move, explore, and reset throughout the day—supporting both physical development and overall well-being.

License and Insured

We are licensed by Bright from the Start and we do carry liability insurance. For the safety of our families and staff, maintenance of state compliance, safety is our top priority.
